Dynamics CRM to BC - New Accounts not Syncing

We are in the process of working through the integration between Dynamics CRM and BC and running into issues with new accounts that are being created in CRM not syncing correctly and creating an account in BC. I have had similar issues with sales orders not being synced correctly.

We have used the default mapping and settings that were provided through the CDS setup with CRM. Ultimately, I would like CRM to be the system of record for Accounts and contacts.

Are there settings that need to be changed to make this happen? Any guidance on how to troubleshoot these syncing issues would be appreciated!

Hello,

After you did a full synch, the integration table field mapping changes to synch only already coupled records. If you disable that option, new records should be synched as well.
