Hi all,
Could someone please help me. All of our emails that normally show in the timeline have suddenly stopped showing and it says 'Record failed to load'. This is occuring in all entities and within each timeline. When I go and search for the email in Activities they are there, however they are just not showing up in any timelines.

Thank you for your query.
This is currently a known issue and the fix for this should be released for EMEA region latest by 7/17 or 7/24.
To mitigate the issue, you can try adding 1 or more fields in body of Email card form and it should show up in the activities timeline.
