Hi guys,
We are using the CRM connector to track appointments with leads, contacts and accounts and they work perfectly. The Attendee, subject, location, time and description come through but I need to change the fields the data is being pulled from.
I have set up several new fields, which need to be pulled into outlook instead of the fields above. These new fields limit the user to drop downs as they should only be putting in particular values.
If this is not possible is there a work around someone suggest? Maybe a way of making it so the value of the new fields is copied into the old fields via a workflow?
