Anybody can please help me to get "Package Number' field on item tracking?

As per following document we can maintain Serial, Lot, and Package Numbers in Item tracking.

Oopps.. Fortunately got this on 'Line' navigation bar. But don't know why this error coming on clicking on it?

Package No. must have a value in Tracking Specification: Entry No.=0. It cannot be zero or empty.
