Workflow PO Approval Document Page cannot be viewed

Hi,

We have setup the Workflow PO approval in GP2010 SP2. However, there is issue when we click on Document panel > Select any PO to viewed, it will turn out Unexpected Error. And there is no further clue on it.

Same goes to during approval in workflow portal sites, when we click on the PO document number hyperlink, it will show another tab of IE but with the message Unexpected Error ocrrucred.

But we can view the PO detail through email hyperlink.

Is there any setup issue or is a system issue?

Pui,

We need more information to even start diagnosing. Open your web.config for the particular SharePoint site. The path would be something like the following: d:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80. Change CustomErrors to False and CallStack to True, and run through your scenario again. You should get more detail after doing this.
