I am looking for some documentation on Hybrid implementation of Dynamics CRM On-premise and Online version. I am not able to find anything. Can anyone please help to get this ?

1. Is it possible to deploy few Users with Dynamics CRM Online and few users in Dynamics CRM On-premise ?

2. Can we sync CRM Databases between CRM Onpremise and CRM Online ?

I am going to hybrid for disaster recovery.

If on premise datacenter down, i can move to cloud with 0 downtime.

Hi Nemo,

I'm with David concerning the practicality of it. It only seems like you're going to cause more trouble for yourself. If you want to handle a two-way sync, you would have to configure that using Scribe or another tool like that, but it's probably going to be a lot more trouble than it's worth.

What's the scenario you're facing? There may be easier ways to tackle it.

There are no tools to help you with this, which is why there's no documentation. You could set this up, but you'd have to build all the data sync, which would be a lot of work.

I can't think of many scenarios in which it would be worth doing this - why are you considering this ?
