Notes CRUD in read only entity privilege

Hello Everyone !

Hope all of you are in joy and happy! I gave just Read only privilege to an entity "A" for a security role "SR" and gave all global base privilege to "Notes" entity except delete option for a security role "SR" now "Notes" are in "A" entity form. But i want to add, edit and view notes of entity "A" but cannot. I gave user base privilege to delete option to "Notes" entity. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue.

I gave "Organization" level privilege to all options of "Notes" entity except "Delete" option. I gave "User" level privilege to "Delete" option.

I gave "Organization" level privilege to read only option to another entity and did not give any privilege to any option.

How Append and Append To configured in both the entities, it should be configured properly to associate record with each other.
