Change solution administrator to re-activate workflows and change record ownership

Hello,

What is the best practice to change the administrator/owner of the D365 Marketing solution? The person that originally installed the solution left and the user account is now inactive. This leads to disabled workflows and most of the configuration records are still assigned to this account.

    Hi 

    You could use Advanced Find to assign the workflows to another user. Please check the following blog:
