I would spin up a crm online demo and run through it, takes about 30 minutes to setup and configure field service in total. Then you will see what you are missing.

yes my dear i may doesn't need it because it is already configured but i still need the next tab which is field service mobile it not showing neither fs mobile nor fs configuration

i should download the field service woodford project in fs mobile tab isn't it ?

i think and doubting by some validation property needed to be configured to yes or enable to get that page displayed ! or what do u think?

even if access the Resco MobileCRM Woodford configuration page can't be displayed .

The only other page you need to get to is the Woodford configuration to enter Google API key but even this can be done through web resource as mentioned in the guide.

But the field service configuration is only the two links I posted earlier and the ID's so this shouldn't affect you as you don't need it as you have it all configured and published.

that was a try for changing for older version i ve seen before as an issue

but just now u remind me and treid it is published successfully and in 10 mins ago published is true but again it doesn't open the field service configuration :(

i am not getting stuck on login with MobileCRM Woodford where u show in picture from crm

from here it working and getting access to the project customization and published fine

but we are faceing that message again when we try to open field service configuration .

May i am not lucky and to struggle in sometimes thanks for ur time to rep antc

any other idea much appreciate :)

according to that link i have passed all only the steps for fieldservice configuration is still there bro which is installing that project in the field service configuration?

exactly i can get here but from crm MobileCRM Woodford itself , however from desktop it stucked .

on mobile app it is working and syncing but whenever i tried to access a booking it will say a message Cannot access bookings because the default project woodford is not installed . to install project , navigate to the field service solution and download the dynamics 365 template .

i am fighting for that step long time till this moment , but we may almost there ..
