    Hi Hasooon,

The URL should be your CRM URL. It should be Different if you are using On Premise or Online

Username should be your full work email.

    Please follow this Guide:

    https://www.resco.net/synchronization-guide/

Open Internet Explorer and go to this website: www.resco.net/.../woodford.html

Make sure Silverlight is installed. Internet Explorer is the only browser which works with Silverlight.

Then press Install for the Woodford Standalone application. This means you can use Woodford on your desktop.

I think you are just having trouble getting connected to your CRM. You could contact Microsoft Support if you are really stuck.

    Hi Hasooon,

    Please follow this guide www.microsoft.com/.../set-up-bookable-resources-field-service.aspx

    www.youtube.com/watch

Basically you will need to a create a new Bookable resource and assign it to your User. Once you have done that you will need to create some Work Orders and assign some Bookable Resource Bookings against it and have the Resource as yourself.

You will then see it on the tablet once you resync. Also please make sure that you have the correct security roles on you User so it can see the project you have set up in woodford.

Also could you be more specific with this? however i want to see the entity which is new connection application

thanks man it worked :) actually i found yesterday but really appreciate , i got workorders on my mobile app when i assigned it to me .

in my project i have an entity called " new connection application " where it is a form to be submitted by the client regarding customer information .

i can see from my app the accounts and i can add one as well but this according to account entity however i want to get new connection application which another entity where i can make changes if it is possible .

when i try to get access to work order from my mobile app to make some changes it give a message " cannot access Bookings because the default woodford project is not installed . To install the project , navigate to the field service solution documentation and download the dynamics 365 template " , known that i have installed the template from Settings/Woodford/MobileCRM WoodfordHtml5 . project installed and published is True.

i navigated to field service solution to try for install maybe another path folder may differ but i couldn't do any change with that solution because it is managed , and according to guides should go for customization and find a property which manged properties from the moreActions menu where i could see it yet .

To add a custom entity to the tablet. You need to enable the entity in woodford and enable the fields you want as well. If you want to associate it to an account then you can make a relationship in CRM from accounts to your new entity. Then you can add the "new connection application" as a list in woodford on the accounts form.

You can find the link to woodford project here. But I believe that you already have it.

If you are still getting problems, could you send me a screenshot of the error and ill see what the issue is.
