Hi,

I am getting error while activating CLOUD POS,while trying to RUN(F5) CLOUDPOS Project from C:\RetailSDK\POS Folder in my One box Development environment(vhd file). 7215.error.png

Where I can find the issue for above error,

My Retail Server is

usnconeboxax1ret.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com/

While accessing the Retail URL,I am getting below error

I suggest you log the SR via one other LCS ENV to engage the support team.

I downloaded VHD files from LCS and installed VM in my personal Laptop.

Trying to learn retail development for CPOS.

Is the OneBox ENV can find from LCS?

1.retail Heath check up is fine

2.Retail server event log from Windows event view: is blank(no logs)

3.I also suggest you log a Service request to double check this with Microsoft Retail support team.

where can I raise the Request for One Box Installation for Retail?

For your one BOX ENV, you also can use this URL to test the Retail server health. You can run it from your ONE BOX ENV.

If you still can't active the POS, I suggest you log a new service request to double check it with Microsoft retail support team.

For Device Activation Commerce Scale Unit installation and Configuration is essential for Cloud POS?

My One BOX vm is not configured with Commerce Scale Unit .

you also can get Retail server event log from Windows event view:
