Hi,

In POS when I try to pay cash customer order it gives below message

Later when I checked event viewer I have got this details:

POSApp.CustomerOrderRecovery(): The order could not be saved at this time.Field 'Invoice' must be filled in.
Update has been canceled.

can someone please help on this ?

    Make sure the Invoice number sequence is continuous in AX.

    I am new to Retail and still learning , can you please guide me from where I should check invoice number sequence in Retail ?

    i am able to fix this as there was customized field invoice id in SalesTable which was causing issue.
