Hi everyone,
I would like to give someone in your business the HR assistant security role - however I do not want them to be able to view performance reviews. what would I need to turn off or delete so that they cannot view everyone's reviews?

Hi Henry,
You can remove the security duty and privileges from the role. Go to performance review form > click on options and check security diagnostics. You find related security here and you can remove those security from the role.

Parag Chapre - One quick question extended from this. If we have a workflow for time off, whereby leave is approve by a manager and is then sent to a HR manager for final approval. Is the manager security role the only role that enables someone to approve time-off requests? In this case the HR manager would have to have the human resources manager security role and the manager security role assigned to them?
