HI Team,
In CRM Dynamics there’s a possibility to update the resolved/ Inactive Cases when those records kept open and left idle in the other browser tabs. Since there wouldn’t be any unsaved changes on Case, system won’t auto save and giving vulnerability for users to modify and save on their browsers even after the Case’s resolved/ deactivated by someone. Which causes major risks.
Please suggest / help on restricting with any OOB functionality for this issue. Appreciate your help! Thank you!
