I am trying to take a backup of my default solution in Dynamics CRM 2016 Update 1 & I get an error as shown below :
What could be the issue? I am logged in as Admin User with following Roles : System Administrator

Hello Abdul, "Download Log File" is disabled since this is online version. I believe this its throwing error due to timeout.

Can you please download the log file from "Download Log File" button and share it? This may contain error details.
Ok this error is most likely caused by a time-out. Why do you want to export default solution? You should export only your customizations to avoid such time-out problems. Prepare a solution that only contains entities that you modified and all other custom elements you prepared and it should export without a problem.
I can't see the reason of exporting default solution and I'm supporting and supported many CRM systems.
Hi, Its in Online version. And I believe there is no way to enable Trace in Online.
