I am working in the Field Service module in GP2015 R2. I have a 2016 RMA that is closed. It has 3 work orders that are still open. The 3 work orders populate the Work Order Completion screen, but when I choose a work order to close, I receive a message stating “The RMA for this order must be received first.”
The RMA Audit screen shows a “Received” line for each of the 3 items on the RMA in question.
A query upon tables SVC05000, SVC05200 and SVC05210 returns no results for the closed RMA, so there are no records left in the work tables.
A query upon tables SVC35000, SVC35200 and SVC35210 returns results for all three tables.
A comparison of the results to other closed RMAs in SVC35000 and SVC35200 appear to be consistent with other records in the tables.
Table SVC35210 has a Return_Disposition_Statu = 1 for all three records for my RMA – one for each Work Order.
The majority of the records in this table have a Return_Disposition_Statu = 2
Table SVC365210 has a SVC_Process_Status = 20 for all three records for my RMA – one for each Work Order.
The majority of the records have a SVC_Process_Status = 40
Will updating the records to have Return_Disposition_Statu = 2 and SVC_Process_Status = 40 allow me to close my work orders?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
