Dear friends,

Regarding RSAT at this moment, my usage is for testing customization by recording task and create task plan in DevOps then running the pipeline for RSAT tools execution. This by far is all I know of RSAT for.

May I know from all of you guys, what else we can do by using RSAT ? is there any other utilization than can leverage more of this tools ?

Reason being, I got a clients that also asking me this, saying he want to utilize more of this RSAT tools, which as I mentioned before, those are by far what I know and use. Really appreciate any input or idea.

Hi Tony,

RSAT is not for testing customizations only. It is a tool to be able to automate testing of all processes running in F&O to check if updates don't impact the primary processes.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I actually forgotten this as the main purpose. So, is there any other usage that we can utilize more of this tools ?

I'm sorry I'm just trying to get some idea, probably we can leverage more on this tools, or probably by collaborate it with other tools to achieve something.

Hi Tony,

I don't see any other option to use RSAT. It is intended as regression testing tool. If you need to automate processes, you can have a look at Power Automate.
