There has to be a better way to login after setup ... The URL is very very slow. How can we get a direct link or access to log in to our CRM. teams seems to be great but It is not necessary for the entire org to sign in. Help please

which exact product you are talking? if is Dynamics CRM/365 CE depends if is onpremise (then you need to check with your IT administrator) and if is online you just go to the url like https://yourinstancename.crm.dynamics.com

If you are using 365 version I have found Google Chrome to be infinitely faster to load than Edge.

If you ever face this difficulty to load your environment slow so go to your dcrm environment and type the "/apps" like: http://abcde306.onmicrosoft.com/apps
