Hi Community,
May I find out for Customer's Statement of Account, how does this work? Where the previous balance is 0.00, then 801.30 + 157.50 = $308.50? How come the figures is so strange?

Hi, I briefly checked the source code in BC.
"Remaining Amount" and "Original Amount" are taken from Customer Ledger Entries.
Start Blance and Cust Balance (Running Total) are taken from the Customer card
There may be complex logic that I missed, but I hope it can give you some hints.
Thanks

Hi Marco,
It didn't seems to explain why, it also didn't mentioned how to report works.
