How to create the project return order process or service return order process in service management modules in code level in ax 2012 r3

    Th's for your reply,

    service order credit note process

    we want to create the new service order (or) project in service management module and need to create credit note service order

    1.fill the all details and then post the confirmation,service quotation and post the invoice in service order

    2.Inquiry ->project invoice journal - select for posted service order -> functions -> select for credit note ->the return order has been created

    3.Then select the fee ,item or expense lines select current project id ->go to project view details form -> select manage tab ->created invoice proposal

    4.create the fee transaction in line level detail has viewed in form as per standard tax amount is positive value

    but i need values in negative.

    ....................  

    how to solve the ax standard issue pls share me.

    -i  need tax amount is negative

    -total form the tax and line amount is not tallied.tax is positive but line amount is negative so posted invoice amount is wrong

    Hello Ranjith,

    The behavior you see might be due to a bug in AX2009. Unfortunately, AX2009 is already out of the ordinary main support. The best thing is probably debugging and fixing the issue with the help of a developer.

    Ax 2012 r3 only we have tried the process that i have explained before in that only we have getting issues.

    when we try to overcome the standard process stil we have getting the result is same.

    we need solution to overcome the standard process.

    It's ax 2012 stranded issue..

    The service credit note process

    while changed the tax adjustment is automatically tax amount has negative value has show the form  and total invoice amount has been correctly view the projinvoicejournal  form.

    The service credit note process is working fine.
