How to add Floating Action Button in CRM 365 dashboard ?

Hi, Maybe this is sound weird. But I have a requirement to add chatbot in our CRM 365 Instance, so I want shows like a live chat button in the bottom corners of our CRM 365 Instance. Can we edit the dashboard as we pleased? Because what I know is we can only add button in form menu using XRM Workbench. Has anyone already try this?

if you have an exisiting html web resource on he dashboard - you can very well edit that as HTML is very nice and easy to use. you can create some space for your chat button within that. otherwise if you want to keep things clean and tidy up, you can create a new one.

Hi, thanks for your answer are we editing the existing HTML resource or add the new one? Because what I want is just editing the existing resource HTML and keep the old stuff there

you can add a button to the dashboard. Add an html webresource to your dashboard and create/design a button of your choice using html.
