How to convert Optionset into Radio Buttons and Checkboxes in

hi ,
You can NOT change optionsets into radio buttons or checkboxes but only "two options" field or in simple terms boolean field using out of the box crm functionality.
you will have to create your custom html webresource. there are plenty of examples on internet.

Please open the form editor where the field is. double click on the field or "properties" button on the top of the form editorm after selecting the field & thn select "formating" tab on the popup. :
select the option as radio/chekcbox or list as required , close & save and publish.

Go to the "Form" customization, find the two option field, double click, then switch to the "Fomatting" tab, you can choose the display format in the "Control Formatting" section
