Hi,
Can we use multiple adfs for one D365 On prem environment. Let's say I want to use 2 ADFS for my production environment so that if one node of ADFS is down, other is up. Is it practically possible?
Because right now as per MS documentation it doesn't seem possible. Any possibility or work around?

It has not been documented anywhere however, I have seen Dynamics 365 on premises deployments configured with ADFS server farm which may provide load balancing and fault tolerance. The configuration uses NLB or some other form of clustering to allocate a single IP address for many federation server computers.
