Hello.

We have generated an EFT file from D365 BC, we're now trying to figure out how to upload this file to Bank of America online banking. Do we need to have a third-party app to upload a file or we can directly import/upload it to the bank, if yes can you help us where specifically in BoA?

Anyone here who uses BoA for EFT in BC I'd like to ask for your help please.

You need to import/upload to your bank. Your bank should be able to assist you easily.
