When I hire a new bookkeeper or AR or AP individual, is there a manual that I can give them for reference when doing their job?
We do not have partnersource or customersource.

Why don't you just outsource your bookkeeping it's cheaper then hiring a full time CPA employee plus you don't have to extra benefits.
No, you would need to write your own based upon your own procedures.
Any reason you do not have access to customersource? Has your maintenance lapsed then?
