When I hire a new bookkeeper or AR or AP individual, is there a manual that I can give them for reference when doing their job?

I have had AX for 5 years and cannot afford a service plan anymore.
Why don't you just outsource your bookkeeping it's cheaper then hiring a full time CPA employee plus you don't have to extra benefits.
They may well have done 7 years later!
