Portal Entity Form displaying even if user logged out

Hi Everyone 

I am have a weird issue,  I have a Webpage-that shows a entity form. Now the Page loads perfectly fine ..  But what is happening is if a user Copies the URL of the page along with the ID of the record to show 

browse/Browsethesearchall/?id=f00aa36e-390a-eb11-a812-000d3a7ed67d

Pastes it in a entirely different browser the Details of the Page are being displayed even if there is No user logged in.    How can i stop pages being displayed if there is No user Logged in. I have set a Webpage Access Control , but that is not effecting.

    We highly recommend users to migrate to PowerUsers community for new Portal questions:

    powerusers.microsoft.com/.../PowerAppsPortals

    Hi, a few things to check:

    - have you associated the Web Roles with the Webpage Access Control Rule?

    - have you enabled your Entity Form for Entity Permissions? that's important to make sure your data will be protected

    - have you cleared the cache?
