How to and from where i can download ms dynamics ax before installing in to my OS?

I'm assuming by 'download' you mean you want to be able to access Dynamics AX without actually installing it.
There are a couple of options:
You can use your Azure account and LCS to host a Dynamics AX environment:

Or if you have access to PartnerSource (and maybe CustomerSource) you can download a Hyper-V image which is fully configured and working.

If you have access to Partner Source / Customer Source, downloadable ISO is available mbs.microsoft.com/.../MSDYAX2012R3Release
Hello Tim thank you for the answers but my intention is i want to download ax and i want to install it like we normally download and install the software like : visual studio, sql server and we can use it without internet so, is this possible?Because i am thinking ms dynamics ax is .EXE setup please advice.
