Closed Work items don't clear down

One of our team has a number of historic work items showing under closed work items in his Omnichannel Agent dashboard.  New ones seem to be clearing at the end of the day but some historic entries remain and are not clearing at the end of the day.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi partner,

I don't think closed work items are cleared.

Hi there! It sounds like your team member is experiencing some issues with their Omnichannel Agent dashboard.

From what you've described, it seems that some historic work items are still showing under closed work items, even though new ones are clearing at the end of the day. This can be frustrating, but I'm here to help you find a solution!

There could be a few reasons why this is happening, such as a glitch in the system or an issue with the work item itself. To get to the bottom of it, I would recommend reaching out to your IT support team or Microsoft's support team for Omnichannel.

They should be able to investigate further and provide guidance on how to resolve the issue. In the meantime, your team member can try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in to see if that helps.
