Can anyone direct me to directions in configuring the integration of these areas of D365?

I have just begun my attempt and already running into issues.

So far so good. it was promoting the admin user to admin in CRM that I was missing! I will let you know if other issues arise.

Are there any pain points that I should watch for in migrating someone from GP/CRM to BC/CRM?
