We would like to be able to have different lockbox locations for customers to send their payments to depending on who and where the customer is. Right now, it looks like you can specific only one address at the top of the blank invoice form to send the payment to.

Carol, you may want to consider creating addition formats with the remit to address in the footer of your invoice. Our VAR did this for us. You would then choose the correct invoice format for your customer. Although we use AX, not GP
No, we do not use a word template. I guess we could. I'm not sure how that would work though. I guess you would download the form into word when printing and then change the addresses. Is that what you mean?
Are you using the word template? If so, could you create different invoices with the various lockbox addresses, then assign the correct lockbox invoice to the customer?
