Order management slow response time

I am experiencing EXTREMELY slow response time in order management with large orders (200+) lines - Large orders are not an exception, making any kind of change, anywhere within an order takes 30+ seconds per line from the server. 

I found reference to a [4010000] - ExpressMode - There was not an entry in the .ini file, so, I attemped to add on, 

I added 

[4010000]

ExpressMode=T ( as well as True, 1, spaces before and after the "=") to the Solomon.ini on the application server as well as the version in my roaming profile, but there is no difference in performance. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    In OM Setup, do you have "Real Time Inventory" checked?  If so, uncheck it.  From F1 Help:

    If Realtime Inventory Update is selected, the order will be saved after each line item is entered.

    This will negatively impact performance of large Sales Orders.
