I have a question about Microsoft Dynamics CRM: for my study I am comparing CRM systems based on Function Point Analysis. In order to do so, I need information about the amount of function points of the standard Dynamics CRM system without any custom functionalities (most extensive standard system, preferably 2011 version). Can you help me with this information? I need only a rough estimate.
