Is this is somehow related to Dynamics CRM? If not, I'll move it to the right forum.

    Hi,
you can navigate to sales and marketing> all sales order>sales order>copy, something you should pay attention to is that copy from all does not copy all fields. Based on this, you can check this blog:shyamkannadasan.blogspot.com
You can save time by copying rows from the item list and when you create a sales order, a list of items will immediately pop up where you can select and even change quantities. For more information, you can check out this blog: https://kurthatlevik.com/2022/01/05/d365-hidden-sales-order-gem-copy-from-item-list/
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi,
Maybe you can use data management framework to meet your needs. You can refer to this official document: Data import and export jobs overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnTo create and manage data import and export jobs, you use the Data management workspace. By default, the data import and export process creates a staging table for each entity in the target database. Staging tables let you verify, cleanup, or convert data before you move it.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi,
Like Kevin and Hana mentioned, You either use Copy function (i.e. From all) by creating a new sales and using this function to copy sales lines or use Excel add-inn or data management for this purpose.
