I want to stop deleting contact all record from all places

    Do you mean you want to hide delete button or you want to remove delete access of all user security roles ?

    I want only contact record is been deleted rest remain the same

    Hi,

    This can be handled by relationship behaviour.

    Navigate to contacts 1:N relationship and change the type of relationship to referential. So that it will delete only parent contact record not the associated child records.

    From child records it will just remove the link.

    As I can see in the pop shown while I am trying to delete the record "Deleting Contact also deletes all records in Contacts, such as social profiles, opportunities, activities, and cases.

    To keep the records in Contact available for other uses or for reports, click Cancel and then select Disable in the command bar.

    To continue deleting Contact items, click Delete.

    Remove

    Hi,

    Just deactivate the record, so that record will still available in the system in inactive contact view.

    If you delete, it will get removed from the system and related records behaviour will be based on relationship type.

    I checked message in the capture.

    Please just click "diactivate" in the command bar.
