I have a problem when I do integration. I found an error about license limit. I need to remove some users that do not need to use MR. Can you guys advise me a a solution.

The users are maintained within the integration for AX2012 . It is not done from Management reporter itself. If you remove access from AX 2012, the users will be deleted. Note that there was an issue which has been resolved in CU11 for Management reporter. I do think your version is above CU11, you can review it using this blog: blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../management-reporter-feature-and-version-number-summary

So I have to remove role from use to remove user from MR2012. For the CU11, It's resolved license problem right ? And I don't understand why is has a delete user on MR but can't use (Grey color).
