Hi everyone. We have a problem where the financial dimensions in the account structure for a certain legal entity is not being populated when running the accounting source explorer for the trial balance.
The initial setup of the account structure did not include the relevant dimension, but after adding and activating, it's still not being populated.
The dimension does show up for a different legal entity though.
Legal entity 2001 was setup with MainAccount-Sector-Prac_Disc-Market-Office-Project-CostCenter - the trial balance accounting source explorer shows all dimensions.
Legal entity 2003 was setup with MainAccount-Sector-Prac_Disc-Market-Office-CostCenter. I added Project in the account structure configuration and activated the structure. The dimension still doesn't show in the report.
This was done in UAT after a refresh from Prod over the weekend. Am I missing a step in the structure setup/activation?
