Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

When we run the Inventory Year-End process we get a message that says 'a remove operation on table 'iciv_mfg_comp_not_removed' failed because the record couldn't be locked'. We are using GP 9.0

When we run the Inventory Year-End process we get a message that says 'a remove operation on table 'iciv_mfg_comp_not_removed' failed because the record couldn't be locked'.  We are using GP 9.0.

There are records in the ICIV0500 table.  When we run the year-end process, the the first record in this table is being deleted, then we get this message.

What is this table used for? Can I just delete all the rows from this table?

    We just ran into this closing out 2013 in GP 2010 which IS supported.

    In our instance we had two transactions in the DYNAMICS..SY00800 table after all the users were out of DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY

    Clearing SY00800 allowed us to complete Year End Close for Inventory.
