Has anyone successfully run the 'Ledger accounting currency conversion' process?

I've read every blog, forum, and Microsoft post about this process and followed all the steps and receive this error at the very end of the process.  It looks like the conversion is working but then fails.

    Could the error above be due to another user logged into the system, even though that user is just executing batch jobs?  Thanks
