Credit management checkpoints

We're testing below credit management checkpoints. However when we create a Sales order to test them when we confirm the sales order it correctly sends sales order to credit management. But when we do Picking list or Packing slip or Invoice order is not sent to credit management. Why is this. We were expecting it to be sent to credit management at each checkpoint that is ticked. Thanks for any help.
