From the General Ledger Activities entity, I need to link to the entire Account. I see a link to the Main Account. Is there a link to the entire account?

Do you want to create a test / demo Power BI report that you can use for doing some testing and initial analysis?
I am asking this because using O Data for a PowerBI report is not a good solution for a production environment. The connection for the data volume is most of the time too slow.
If you plan to create the PowerBI report for a production environment then better use BYOD or the Azure data lake as basis.

On your post, I see a link to the DimensionCombinations. This looks like a entity of tables. The General Ledger Activities is summed into the Main Account. How do I get the detail from this summary? Thanks.
the general ledger activities entity is grouped by main account and dimension statement combination, use Use the DimensionCombinations.RecordID field to join with the GeneralLedgerActivities.LedgerDimension field. How are you consuming the info? you need to build a data model in order to aggregate the data correctly. Just like it was mentioned here ODATA is slow and will not work on large datasets but this will be a good start.
With the DimensionCombination, how do I get to the detail data and account information? The DimensionCombination is a bunch of tables but I do not know which table gives the detail data.
