Why an item charge in Purchase Order becomes decimal numbers instead of whole number?

Dear Community,
 
My user did an Item charge in Purchase Order and later realize that instead of Qty Assigned to a whole number, it became some decimal numbers. (Please see screenshot below in red.)
 
May I ask how come this situation will occur?
