Hi Experts,
I am one Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
I have installed Dynamics 365 App for Outlook following the steps suggested in the below blog.
Still I don't see the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook in my Outlook App.
Does anybody know the reason to this issue?
Or anybody ever faced this issue?

Verify the below
1. Can you check if the Server Side Sync was successfully enabled for that user?
2. Can yo check if D365 App for Outlook status shows 'Added to Outlook' in D365 Under Settings > Dynamics 365 App For Outlook
Can you share screenshots?
At times, it is also possible that it appears in the ellipses menu as shown below - Have you tried looking it there?
