Fulfill Order button is missing

Hello 

We are starting to use Dynamics for order processing. However, it seems that the "Fulfill Order" button is missing - see screenshot below.

Any ideas why?

    Hi,

    I have seen this happening if you have any integration enabled like NAV. Refer the below thread which has a potential fix-

    community.dynamics.com/.../237540
