Heloo everyone, i would like to know if there's  a way to customize the assign dialog box in customer service hub app 
 
(dynamics 365 app) , is this doable? thank you all in advance

    Hi, 
     
    I don't think you can customize Assign Dialog Box. Not all of the dialog boxes can be customized. 
     
     
    If you open the view of Customizable dialog boxes, those can be customized.
