How to Update LCS Services from release 17 to release 22

Dears,

Hope you all doing fine.

Kindly I'm junior Microsoft DYN365 system admin and need any assitiance on how to update LCS services from r17 to r22.

- Where to start.

- Any Documentation that might help

- Any community post for similar issues.
