We're using sealed bidding for RFQs, vendors are submitting their bids using Vendor Collaboration, we're is unsealing the bids after the expiration date, and want to negotiate with the vendors after the unsealing.
If we return the bid, the vendors aren't able to view it in the collaboration portal as it's expired now.
Any ideas on how to negotiate with the vendor after the expiration date and time?
