how to install Visual studio tools

Hi,
i'm trying to install the Visual Studio Tools (with dynamicsax.img). I have Visual Studio 2013 installed and due to the installer all prerequisites are installed. The installation stops because the folder VSTools64 and the file VSTools64.msi was not found. I thought the VSTools come with the standard installation package.

Where can i get the VSTools?
