Email warning message

Hello CRM Folks,

Please help me on the bellow issue.

Email messages, both incoming and outgoing, always shows the warning message, “The email below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked. Open Message”,  on the form.

This message has been shown for both simple text email without any scripts as well as for the one with Java scripts. With this error being shown always, the user cannot differentiate between a clean email and an email with malicious code. We would like to understand is there a way to display this warning message only in case of malicious code.

Thanks in advance,

Check with your email setup to make sure nothing is added by the email server. I've seen that happening in organizations where a disclaimer is added to all emails automatically.

    Hi Nicolae Tarla,

Thanks for the suggestion. Can you please guide me where and how to check these settings in the email server? FYI, We are using office 365 online exchange server.

I have the same problem as do many of our users. They, and I, find tremendously frustrating. There has yet to be a good answer to this. I find it interested that it's only Dynamics CRM that has this issue. The "other CRM" application out there NEVER does this.

There should be a way to suppress this in Dynamics CRM.

Obviously this is another in the long list of "issues" with Dynamics CRM 2201. What a major inconvenience it is to have to double click to open the full email then open the full readable message again after another security prompt.. again. I see no one has answered your question. We're very close to dumping this and eating the hundreds of hours of implementation time, most of which was spent creating work a-rounds for inane Explorer interfaces and the limitations of a so-called web-app. Good luck!! God, please, bring back the rich client...

if you want to remove the warnings Microsoft made it possible to remove the warning by setting feature flag “SecuritySettingforEmail” in OrgDbOrgSettings

    Read here how: iiu.dk/.../farewell-email-warning
