Dynamic365 Sales: Will disabling an admin-user affect Business Rules?

Hi,

I have some workflows that have been set up by a former employee.
He is listed on the workflows and are the owner of the actions taken when the workflow is executed.

If I disable his user does anyone know if it will affect the existing workflows?

If not; Then there is no problem
If yes; I would like to add a "system user account" as owner to the workflow instead. But I cannot seem to find where to change the owner of the workflow?

Hope someone can guide me.

Hi,

You can assign the workflows to another owner by the following steps:

Navigate to Advanced Settings > Settings > Processes.

Select the processes you need to change the ownership for.

Use the Assign button on the ribbon, a popup would appear.

On the popup, select the Assign to value as User or team.

The processes would now be in the Draft state, you can select them and activate them.
