How to disable shortcut in Dynamics CRM

There is shortcut in Dynamics CRM "Alt+s", which saves and closes form. But in Polish "Alt + s" = "ś", i suppose that it can occur in other languages too. And it isn't very convenient to have your form closed, while you write something, solution would be disabling that shortcut, but how?

Hi,

If I'm right this is a common problems with some Polish keyboards and Windows.

Normally this problem can be avoided using the right alt(Alt Gr)+s or Ctrl+Alt+s, can you test these combinations?

sorry to hear this.

The alternative is to use the ascii code

Alt+346 (Ś) and Alt+347(ś)

I also found another combination (when the programmer polish keyboard is not installed)

~+s

where ~ in the polish keyboard should be beside 1 in combination with Shift

Hi everyone,

You cannot disable CRM Keyboard shortcuts. You will have to change your own keyboard settings to get around this problem.
