I am trying to understand some information related to installation for some specific modules. Where would they be listed since they do not appear to be in the core install?

Yes..if I understand correctly.
Service Call Management, VAT Daybook, Extended Pricing are all governed by the standard GP reg keys.
Manufacturing reg keys are seperate from the standard GP reg keys. Sales Forecasting and Materials requirement Planning are included in the manufacturing keys.
You should talk through your exact requirements with your GP Partner and they should be able to advise best.

So just to make sure I understand correctly. And the client does have Adv Mgt.
1) Is Service Management reg keys and Field Service which are already installed by default?
2) Extended Pricing reg keys and Inventory again already installed?
3) Sales Forecasting and Materials Requierement reg keys and install of Manufacturing?
4) Vat Daybook reg keys and maybe region code choice during installation?

These modules get installed with the core functionality and need to be enabled. Depending on your licence model, you may / may not have access to these features.
Some resources that might help. On the Dynamics CD1, there is a subfolder - \documentation\manuals.
